Perfect Care Club FAQ
Is there a contract?
No. Your membership is month-to-month—cancel anytime with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee. Annual prepaid memberships run 12 months and renew unless cancelled.
How am I billed?
Your membership is billed automatically each month to the card on file, or once a year if you choose the prepay option (which gets you one month free).
What's the difference between Perfect Care and Perfect Care+?
Both include your annual whole-home inspection, water heater tune-up, and priority scheduling. Perfect Care+ adds a second visit each year (a spring plumbing check of drains, sump pump, hose bibs and shut-off valves) and bumps your repair discount from 10% to 15%. It's the better value for older homes.
Does the membership cover the cost of repairs?
Membership covers the scheduled maintenance and benefits listed, and gives you a member discount on repairs. It is not an insurance policy or home warranty—it doesn't pay for repairs themselves, but it does make them cheaper.
What if I move?
Your membership moves with you to your new home anywhere in our Denver-metro service area. It doesn't transfer to the new owner of your old home.
